본 앱은 회원 가입 절차 없이 설치 후 즉시 사용할 수 있는 로컬 네트워크 진단 및 보안 분석 서비스입니다. 원칙적으로 사용자의 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 직접적인 식별 정보를 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 단, 서비스의 핵심 기능 수행을 위해 아래와 같은 기술 정보가 수집 및 처리됩니다.
로컬 네트워크 및 기기 진단 정보:
- 수집/처리 항목: 연결된 Wi-Fi의 SSID, BSSID, 게이트웨이 주소, DNS 서버 주소, 서브넷 마스크, 내부망 IP 주소, 열린 포트 정보, 연결된 디바이스 목록 및 제조사 식별값.
- 처리 목적: Wi-Fi 및 이더넷 연결의 취약점 진단, 미인가 기기 연결(침입) 및 포트 스캔 정황 탐지, 맞춤형 보안 점수 계산.
- 보관 기간: 진단 이력(Scan History)은 사용자 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스(Room DB)에 안전하게 저장되며, 앱 삭제 또는 사용자의 이력 삭제 시 즉시 파기됩니다.
인공지능(AI) 보안 분석 서비스 연동:
- 수집/처리 항목: 진단 결과 요약 데이터(식별 가능한 개인정보 제외).
- 처리 목적: Google Gemini API를 활용하여 네트워크 취약점에 대한 맞춤형 다국어 보안 정비 제안 및 보강 조언을 도출하기 위함.
광고 서빙 및 서비스 최적화 (해당하는 경우):
- 수집/처리 항목: 모바일 광고 ID(ADID), 대략적인 위치 정보, 기기 OS 버전 및 모델명.
- 처리 목적: 광고 제공(구글 애드몹 등 제3자 광고 SDK 연동 시) 및 성능 오동작 분석.
2. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁
본 앱은 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 외부에 위탁하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 글로벌 서비스에 한하여 기술적인 API 호출 프로세스를 수행합니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기 절차
- 온디바이스(On-device) 로컬 저장 방식:
- 본 앱의 모든 검사 결과 및 침입 감지 이력은 사용자의 안드로이드 단말기 내부 저장소(Room DB)에만 저장됩니다.
- 사용자가 앱 내에서 "검사 이력 삭제"를 실행하거나, 안드로이드 설정을 통해 "앱 데이터 지우기"를 수행하거나, 앱을 완전히 삭제(Uninstall)하는 경우 기기 내의 데이터는 즉시 물리적으로 파기됩니다.
4. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법
사용자는 본 앱의 주체로서 언제든지 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 진단 기록 조회 및 삭제: 앱 내 히스토리(Scan History) 탭에서 언제든지 과거 진단 기록을 개별 혹은 일괄 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 권한 철회: 안드로이드 설정 메뉴(애플리케이션 정보 -> 권한)를 통해 Wi-Fi/네트워크 정보 조회 권한이나 실시간 모니터링 알림 권한 등을 언제든지 거부할 수 있습니다. 권한 거부 시 해당 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
5. 기술적·관리적 보호 조치
본 앱은 사용자의 소중한 기술 데이터 보호를 위해 다음과 같은 안전성 확보 조치를 취하고 있습니다.
- 데이터 로컬 격리: 모든 민감한 진단 원본 정보는 단말기 내부 보안 샌드박스 영역 내에 안전하게 보관되어 다른 일반 앱이 임의로 접근할 수 없도록 제한됩니다.
- 전송 구간 암호화: Gemini API 호출 및 필요한 서버 통신 시 전 구간 SSL/TLS 암호화 프로토콜(HTTPS)을 적용하여 전송 데이터 탈취를 차단합니다.

AiKKCU NetShield ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect
To provide a robust network vulnerability analysis and security diagnosis, the App accesses and processes certain information. Depending on how you interact with the App, this may include:
A. Network & Device Data (Processed Locally)
- Network Information: Wi-Fi SSID, BSSID, IP address, MAC address, gateway address, subnet mask, and DNS server configuration.
- Connected Devices: IP addresses, hostnames, and port response details of other devices on your local subnet.
- System Status: Running network services, active ports, and connection protocols.
- Note: Most of this diagnostic data is processed entirely on-device and stored locally in your device's secured storage (SQLite database).
B. Generative AI Input (Gemini API)
- If you request AI Security Recommendations, the App transmits a minimized, anonymized summary of your scan results (e.g., detected open ports, vulnerability count, and security score) to the Google Gemini API to generate tailored network hardening suggestions.
- We do not transmit personally identifiable information (PII) such as your actual name, accounts, or exact physical location to the AI service.
C. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
- The App integrates Google AdMob SDK to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device-specific identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and approximate location data to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can manage or reset your advertising identifier via your Android device's Google settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the processed information solely for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: To analyze and diagnose security vulnerabilities in your Wi-Fi and ethernet connections.
- AI Recommendations: To generate actionable cybersecurity suggestions using Google’s generative AI technologies.
- Local Persistence: To keep a local history of your network scans ("Scan History") so you can track improvements in your network's security posture over time.
- Security & Protection: To monitor active honeypot ports locally and detect real-time intrusion or port-scanning attempts.
- Monetization: To deliver advertisements and fund the ongoing development of the App.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Your Scan History and security settings are saved entirely on your device using a local Room Database. This data does not sync to our servers and remains under your physical control. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete this history.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard local security practices on Android to safeguard your database from unauthorized local access.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to run the App:
- Google Gemini API: Receives network diagnostic summaries to provide security hardening tips.
- Google AdMob: Processes device advertising identifiers to deliver advertisements.
